Dear Sharmaji,
Namaste. I hope you will be in touch with Directorate regarding pay scales and fixation in Rs. 8,000 scale and to recknown the 4 years of service from date of entry in group B cadre or 1-1-2006. Mean while, the officers in A.P. are worrying about the instructions issued vide Directorate letter No. 9-68/2008-SPGdated 8-9-2008 fixing four years of service in other circle and transferring the officers who were promoted to group A from Group B and having more than 8 years service to other circles during next acadaemic year. I hope you will get detailed information regarding
(i) whether the officers who are having less than 8 years of service say 3 to 6 years, will be posted in the home circle (ii)whether this condition applies to those who are promoted to Group B cadre recently ( examination qualified candidates) and who are allotted to home circle (iii) whether the condition applies to those who were already allotted to other circles and served for some time and returned to home circle.
Kindly also intimate the progress in fixing group B scales.
