The General Secretary of our association called me over phone and intimated that it was proposed to hold CWC meeting in September 2016. The probable venue of the meeting would be Mathura, Delhi or Chandigarh. The main aim to discuss about cadre restructuring of our Cadre. I request all the members to send their proposal if any on the subject so that a consolidated view of the circle will be presented in the CWC.
