First of all let me to say sorry for not keeping the blog updated for several reasons.  The latest and important events took place is as follows in the circle:

1. Formation of Telangana Postal Circle:  The directorate has issued orders for the formation of new postal circle to Telangana state.  The present CPMG Sri Y. P. Rai took the additional charge of CPMG Telangana Circle on 15-07-2016 and continued for some time. Further Sri M. Eleesha PMG Hyderabad Region is given current duties of CPMG, Telangana Circle.  

All circle level category staff were asked to submit their option on to work in AP or Telangana Circles and the process of finalisation of the option is on the way.

I hope that all our officers might have submitted their choice by this time.

2. The directorate has issued the panel of HAG officers and our ex DPS Vijayawada Sri B. Chandrasekhar is in the list and aspiring to be CPMG Telangana Circle.

3. It is learnt that the file of PMsG panel also came back from Minister and our two Directors viz. Ms. Radhika Chakravarthy and Ms. T. M. Srilatha are in the panel and expecting posting orders soon.

4. 7th Pay Commission: The much awaited 7th Pay Commission report has come out and the orders for its implementation also released from Directorate.  Specific orders were issued to implement the same from August 2016 and also to release arrears of pay also.  One expert committe has been constituted to examine the various allowances which includes HRA etc.  One sitting of the meeting was also held and no further news on this.

I request all the officers to go thru the orders and intimate if any item is to taken up on pay fixation etc, so that the same will be taken up with Directorate thru CHQ.

I also request all the officers to submit a note on cadre restructure of our Group-B and Group-A cadres so that this will also be taken up with Dte thru CHQ. 

The four monthly meeting with CPMG is called for and the dates are yet to be received.
